My family and I have stayed at 210 Dune Drive several years in a row.  We keep coming back to it because it is that rare find that checks all of the boxes that we want from a vacation rental in the area:  1) Ideal location, 2) Private residence, 3) Easy access to wonderful pools and the best beach, 4) Ample space and living areas, 5) Clean and quiet, and 6) Responsible and responsive owners. 

We get to enjoy all that Seapointe Village offers -- three pools, pickleball courts, access to Diamond Beach and the beach grill -- all while having privacy and our own space in a quiet area. That's nearly impossible to find elsewhere in Diamond Beach and the surrounding areas.  Plus, it's super walkable to mini golf and ice cream, restaurants, and a playground, and a short drive to all of the other things we love about Wildwood and Cape May. 

As soon as our vacation there ends, we request to book again next year. It's a special spot, and the owners do a great job of communicating updates and responding to questions and requests. We'll be back again next year!
